Interior paint can be changed after purchase. The 3-bedroom, 2-story home is the same as this home except for a room added on the ground floor with a door where the window is next to the kitchen.

Once the 7 homes are built and occupied, the City and Borough of Sitka is committed by ordinance to give the SCLT lots 1410 and 1414 Halibut Pt Rd (see GIS image below) for Phase II, the construction of 7 more cottages. The Rasmuson Foundation is also committed to funding the development of the land for Phase II.
